Thomas Gibert and his team are passionate. He developed the menu of La Missionnaire in accordance with his interpretation of the delicious delights of the Ile d’Yeu, integrating the island’s culinary traditions into creations of delicate finesse. Friendly and generous, wholesome and authentic, it is renewed every day because Thomas is inspired by the day’s catch and the arrival of seasonal produce.
